1. Services

Cyan Studio provides environmental graphic design and spatial branding services, including but not limited to:

• Office branding concepts

• Signage planning and design

• Wayfinding systems

• Privacy vinyl designs

• Wall graphics

• Dimensional logo concepts

• Production-ready artwork packages

Cyan Studio does not manufacture, sell, install, or guarantee signage products unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Accurate measurements

• Site photos

• Existing floor plans (if available)

• Brand assets and logos

• Required content and messaging

Designs are based on the information provided by the client.

3. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal or service package.

Additional revisions may be billed separately.

4. Production Files

Production-ready files are provided upon project completion.

Clients are responsible for selecting manufacturers, installers, and contractors.

5. ADA & Code Compliance

When ADA or code-related recommendations are included, they are provided as general design guidance.

Final compliance verification remains the responsibility of the client, architect, contractor, fabricator, or local authority having jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, drawings, mockups, and documents remain the property of Cyan Studio until full payment has been received.

Upon payment, the client receives the right to use the approved final design for the intended project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cyan Studio is not responsible for fabrication errors, installation errors, measurement inaccuracies, permit issues, contractor performance, or manufacturing defects.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
